We offer partial leases on all our lesson horses.

Leases allow you to experience the joy of ownership without the large financial investment or just spend more time in the saddle.

Leases allow riding Thursday – Sunday and include use of tack, equipment, and facilities. Riders also have the chance to take their leased horse to shows and other events.

The cost for most of our leases is $225 per month.

Beginner riders must take riding lessons - the cost of lessons is discounted!

Our leases are meant to be a long term transition into owning a horse. We do not rent out horses for weekend rides.

Lease rules:

 Only the rider leasing the horse may ride the horse unless authorized by Kimberly.

 Jumping is not permitted any time unless specifically stated otherwise.

 Riders under 16 must have adult guardian present during non-lesson rides. This adult must be in the barn (not just in the car).

 Proper grooming, warm-up, cool down, and care of horses and tack will be the responsibility of the rider. Rider’s neglecting or abusing our horses will forfeit riding privileges without refund.

 Riding time should be scheduled in advance.

 All payments are due the first of the month.
